30 documents on my desktop

The 30th of 30 lists of 30 things

I vow and declare that documents will be properly filed away, yet here is my computer desktop, littered with an archeological trail of the last year or so.

1. Projectionists roster.
2. Projectionists contact list.
3. Trapeze weeding party invitation. This was my daughter’s document – she invited a whole lot of friends to work on the circus festival site for a few hours in exchange for some flying trapeze fun in the afternoon.
4. Bus directions for Cam for a trip he took.
5. Sydney to Hobart article for Cam’s workplace newsletter.
6. Bus directions for Tom for a trip he took.
7. Letter to Tom’s teachers about an absence from school due to a bad back.
8. Tom’s Yr 12 profile form for the school yearbook.
9. A quote from one of Tom’s English Literature texts. We were practicing quotes one night and this one seemed like it might be useful at some point in the future. “Silence! One word more shall make me chide thee, if not hate thee.”
10. L plate – I made this up so that we could print it out (on yellow paper) to go driving, after one of those we bought fell off and was lost.
11. Map of the Busselton gym club where we had to pick up the gear that we bought.
12. Our itinerary for our Melbourne trip, including lots of maps.
13. Christmas gift list from 2007.
14. Document showing who will receive Christmas hampers.
15. Hamper notes detailing what was in the hampers, to give to each recipient.
16. Spare letters – my keyboard lost the plot and I couldn’t use the letters j and d. While I was waiting to get it sorted, I had to copy and paste these two letters whenever the auto-correct function didn’t put them in for me. Fun fun fun!
17. Letter to Margaret River Shorts asking for a different presentation format next time.
18. Notes about a cleanse and detox.
19. Notes to mother-in-law who was coming to hold the fort while Cam and I were away.
